Opowieść o ziemi polskiej (1955)

A travel-cum-propagandist album published in connection with the fifth World Festival of Youth and Students, which was held in Warsaw in 1955. The photographs portray distinctive Polish landscapes, historical sites and folk costumes along with new property developments and industry. Some were drawn from the state-run Central Photography Agency and others are original works by leading photographers of the day, including Edward Hartwig, Paweł Mystowski and Władysław Sławny.
