This extensive album was compiled with original flair by two Silesian photographers. It presents the natural and cultural landscape of the region. The narrative is divided into twelve chapters ranging from the countryside, lakes and rivers of Silesia’s green lands, via the newly metropolitan city of Katowice, to ‘humankind and its mines’ and photographic impressions of performances given by the Silesian folk song and dance ensemble.
The album was published with two versions of the dust jacket.
