Piotr Uklański born in Warsaw in 1968, is one of the most controversial Polish artists of the turn of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. While he is working on his books and exhibitions, he uses staged, vernacular and appropriated photography, turning more rarely to documentary forms. He live in New York and Warsaw.
